Aveanna Healthcare, a leader in providing diversified home healthcare services, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team for full-time and part-time night shifts. This position involves delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes across various locations. Our nurses play a critical role in helping patients achieve their highest level of wellness with tailored care plans focused on their specific needs, including pediatric services, therapy, and hospice care where applicable. Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care. Administer medications, conduct routine checkups, and update patient health records. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and family members to ensure comprehensive care. Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols, health maintenance, and preventive care. Monitor patient recovery and respond to emergencies effectively. Maintain patient confidentiality and ethically manage sensitive information. Strong clinical skills in a home healthcare setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and make critical decisions Proficiency in managing multiple cases simultaneously Competent in using healthcare software for patient documentation Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification preferred
