Job Description:
Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide in-home nursing care for
adult patients during weekend days. This part-time position offers
a focused and nurturing environment where you will deliver direct
patient care within the scope of your practice, including
medication administration, wound care, and monitoring vital signs.

needs. Administer medications and intravenous infusions as
prescribed Monitor and record patient vital signs and health
progress Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive
care Educate patients and families on treatment plans and in-home
care strategies Report any changes in patient’s condition to the
registered nurse or physician Maintain accurate patient health
records Strong clinical skills and comfort with patient interaction
Ability to work independently in a home setting Excellent
communication and documentation skills Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Current LVN/LPN license
in the state of employment CPR certification Valid driver’s license
and reliable transportation
