Req ID: 246685 Part Time Position- Nights Job Location: Corpus Christi/Kingsville/Alice Areas Work days/Shift Hours: Five Day Work Schedule - Days off vary - 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM Valid Drivers License Required, Merchandising, Grocery Stocking Experience Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $18.07 to $22.71 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits. Our Order Replenishment Merchandisers play a pivotal role in ensuring our iconic brands are always available to our customers. Duties and Responsibilities Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers Qualifications Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50 pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.
