A company is looking for a Manager of Commercial Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of Account Executives to achieve sales productivity
Implement a comprehensive enablement program for sales effectiveness
Forecast and report on sales performance and streamline sales processes

Required Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience managing a sales team
Experience in software sales or complex technical selling
Growth-oriented mindset with a passion for pipeline generation
Ability to create processes and optimize inefficiencies
Intellectual curiosity and knowledge of technical products and industries
