Producer.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with third-party developers to design and develop new
Horizon Worlds experiences
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for successful
launches
Provide creative feedback and coordinate with internal teams to
ensure high-quality output
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in game production, project management, or a
related field
Proven track record of managing projects from concept to launch
Strong understanding of game development pipelines, including
design, art, audio, and QA
Ability to work effectively with remote teams and manage multiple
projects simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, game
development, business administration)
