Job Description:

A company is looking for an Employee Benefits Consultant to manage customer strategy, service, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Take ownership of an assigned book of business to ensure customer success and retention
Lead the execution of the consulting model for assigned customers, delivering high-quality services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and support business development opportunities

Required Qualifications:

3 years of benefit consulting experience or 5 years of benefit account management experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Life & Health Producer's License
Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
