      • Class A CDL and must be at least 22 years of age
      • Employment verification
      • Must have a minimum of 12 months of verifiable commercial truck driving experience in the past 3 years o A comprehensive road test shall be administered by 5F Asset qualifications and requirements:
        • Truck requirements - must be production year of 2000 or newer and ELD compliant
        • Trailer Requirements - no age restriction
        • Truck and/or Trailer DOT Inspection - must be completed no more than 1 week prior to operating (Annual DOT inspections can be completed at any certified facility offering full level one annual inspections)
