You will be responsible for supervising the maintenance team, completing work orders, make ready apartments and other required tasks. Must be HVAC/EPA Certified and have a valid Driver's License.Responsibilities:

• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Estimate time and extent of repairs
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Maintain material and supply inventory
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessaryQualifications:
  • Previous experience in apartment maintenance required
  • Must be HVAC certified
  • Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Must have reliable transportation
