Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contact Center Representative for a
part-time remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment
Educate and assist customers and healthcare providers with services
and data
Maintain high-performance metrics around quality, accuracy, and
customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
Ability to create and deliver the best customer experience
possible
Empathy to customer concerns and ability to display a sincere
desire to find a resolution
Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to work through
and understand details to arrive at solutions
Highly organized, with the ability to multitask to meet or exceed
deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment
Experience in Healthcare or related industry is a plus
