Reporting to the Head of Library Public Services, this position provides training for library non-exempt personnel in library procedures and software; develops and coordinates staffing schedules and ensure the library's public services desks are covered during open hours; creates schedules for and ensure that the library's physical collection is in order and maintained; and provides on-premise supervision and management for Library access services, including lending materials, interlibrary loans, student ID cards, and reserve items.Minimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED and three (3) years related experience.ORAssociate's degree and one (1) year related experience.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree.Recent library supervisory experience, academic library preferred.Knowledge of integrated library systems.Knowledge of interlibrary loan processes and systems.Special Instructions to Applicants:This is a security-sensitive position.
