We are building a team of trailblazers, who embody growth, impact, and excellence.Job DescriptionJob DutiesEnsure that team members know how to perform tasks effectively with high quality as well as procedures and processes are being applied appropriately by team membersLead technical validation meetings for reliability and mechanical integrity projectsCheck quality of deliverables throughout the entire project lifecycleDrive customers to the appropriate solutions by engaging Subject Matter Experts to challenge and deliver value to our customersExecute higher level work for areas in gathering, organizing, analyzing, and strategizing reliability data for our customersAccountabilities Ensure technical accuracy and quality of all deliverablesTechnical engagement and leadership with the customerRequired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline with 3+ years of technical reliability experience in project execution or facility operations and/or maintenance within the petroleum, chemical, mining process, or wastewater industries5+ years of technical reliability experience in project execution or facility operations and/or maintenance within the petroleum, chemical, mining process, or wastewater industriesTechnical knowledge of our offerings, including systems, processes, equipment, codes and standardsAbility to apply/integrate different approaches to technical/analytical methodsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically around technical issuesStrong aptitude for learning new processes and techniquesWillingness to travel up to 50% of the timeWilling to relocate domestically or internationally (multiple locations)Preferred Qualifications 5+ years' experience with asset management, reliability, maintenance, integrity, inspection, warehouse management3+ years' experience with production optimization and risk managementEquipment and Software Knowledge Microsoft SuiteDirect Reports There are no direct reports to this roleWorking Environment Conditions may include working inside and/or outside. May work around office machinery with moving parts and moving objects. Working near radiant and electrical energy. Working closely with others or working alone. Working extended or irregular hours and travelling by all possible modes of transportation.Physical Job Requirements Ability to walk, stand, sit, kneel, push, stoop, reach above the shoulder, grasp, pull, bend repeatedly, climb stairs, identify colors, hear with aid, see, write, count, read, speak, analyze, lift and carry under 30 lbs., and perceive depth.Tools and PPE Requirements Equipment (machines, tools, devices) used in performing the essential job function include but not limited to computers and related equipment, calculators, copiers, fax machines, and telephone.
