Administration

• Oversees the CC office daily operations to ensure all transactions happen in an efficient and timely manner.
• Manages equipment, material and office inventory and notifies the appropriate San Antonio managers when supplies need to be ordered or replenished.
• Is on the lookout for any unsafe condition or building needs and reports conditions to the Executive Assistant.
• Promotes the company by interfacing with the community and civic organizations.
• Communicates company announcements to staff as directed.Safety, Quality, Efficiency
  • Inspects job sites and production crews to ensure all aspects of installations are performed safely, efficiently and with high quality, at the direction of the Production Manager.
  • Along with the Production Manager, communicates with customers in a timely manner to overcome obstacles/problems on jobs and reach an acceptable solution.Remarkable Experience

        Requirements:
        Position Requirements
        • Knowledge of construction or related trades and construction management.
        • Skill in operating a personal computer, cell phone, programs, and apps.
        • Ability to detect/recognize information in written materials and on screen roughly 50% of the time.
        • Ability to understand, communicate, read, and write in English.
        • Ability to understand and converse in Spanish is a plus.
        • Skill in verbal and written communication and strong presentation skills.
        • Skill in and ability to operate a forklift or machinery to load/unload materials and use power tools.
        • Ability to lift or move up to 100 lb.
        • Ability to move about and move to/from and work from the floor level or in crawl spaces.
        • A valid driver's license, a safe driving record, and the ability to drive for the company
