ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION: POSITION: Bartenders and ServersDescriptionWe are looking for enthusiastic, smiling, friendly bartenders and servers to provide an excellent guest experience. High volume experience is a plus. Compensation includes salary and tips. Full-time and Part-time positions available.Responsibilities for the Bartenders and Servers: (included, but not limited to)

• 
  
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve snacks and/or meals and drinks
  
• Assess guests' needs and preferences and make recommendations
  
• Check guests' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
  
• Restock and replenish inventory and supplies
  
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
  
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
  
• Work with teams to make the dream work
  
  Requirements for the Bartenders & Servers:

  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
    
  • Current TABC Certification and Food Handler Certification
