What you will do in this role: Provides criteria for evaluation of the Radiologic Technologist working in a staff position. Assigned to the Cardiac Cath Lab cares for adult and geriatric patients. Responsible for assisting the R.N. in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of the Cath Lab patient. Education: Graduate of accredited school of Radiologic Technology Qualifications: Educational requirements appropriate for meeting age-specific needs of patients assigned to the Cardiac Cath Lab.ARRT and Radiology Technologist - Texas Department of HealthAmerican Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and CertificationPrevious experience in a clinic or hospital setting is preferred.Current registration with ARDMS in Abdomen preferred.Current registration with RVS and Vascular preferred.Current licensure by the Texas Department of Health is preferred (MRT).
