Job Description:
Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
- Troubleshoot hardware (PCs. Printers, Servers, phone) and
software issues in a professional and timely fashion.
- Administration Active Directory and Microsoft Office 365.
- Provide technical support to critical corporate software
applications.
- Manage and resolve all phone, email, and help desk tickets
inquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service to all staff
members.Required Skills & Experience:
- Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years experience working in a Help Desk/Desktop Support
role
- Proficient at troubleshooting & supporting Office 365
- Strong trouble-shooter of hardware issues for Desktops,
Printers, LAN equipment
- Excellent documentation, verbal, and analytical skills
- Possess time management and organization skills
- Excellent to detail and follow up
- Ability to prioritize and complete a high volume of work,
manage multiple projects, and coordinate multiple requests
- High judgement, initiative, decision-making, problem solving,
project management and time management skillsPreferred Skills &
Experience:
- Microsoft Certifications (MCSA, MCP) or other Windows
Certifications
- Knowledge of Active Directory administration
- Experience troubleshooting and administrating Virtual software
applications ie. MS Teams
