Job DescriptionResponsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot hardware (PCs. Printers, Servers, phone) and software issues in a professional and timely fashion.
  • Administration Active Directory and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Provide technical support to critical corporate software applications.
  • Manage and resolve all phone, email, and help desk tickets inquiries.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all staff members.Required Skills & Experience:
    • Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
    • 3-5 years experience working in a Help Desk/Desktop Support role
    • Proficient at troubleshooting & supporting Office 365
    • Strong trouble-shooter of hardware issues for Desktops, Printers, LAN equipment
    • Excellent documentation, verbal, and analytical skills
    • Possess time management and organization skills
    • Excellent to detail and follow up
    • Ability to prioritize and complete a high volume of work, manage multiple projects, and coordinate multiple requests
    • High judgement, initiative, decision-making, problem solving, project management and time management skillsPreferred Skills & Experience:
      • Microsoft Certifications (MCSA, MCP) or other Windows Certifications
      • Knowledge of Active Directory administration
      • Experience troubleshooting and administrating Virtual software applications ie. MS Teams
