good leadership and core critical care nursing skills. Cultural fit

The RN Director Intensive Care Unit will be responsible for
strategic planning, budget management, program development,
policies and procedures implementation, performance improvement and
compliance. The RN Director Intensive Care Unit will collaborate
with other Nursing Directors, Ancillary Directors, Nursing
Administration and Physicians in a variety of committees within the
