Pay, Benefits, & Work Schedule Grade: 112 Salary: $14.08 - $23.07 Hourly (Dependent on Qualifications) Department: Solid Waste E-mail: ******************* ATTENDANCE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION ARE AS FOLLOWS:Non-rotating 40-hour work week, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Must be available to work itional hours as needed. Who May? Internal City Temporary Employees only may Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Responsibilities The Systems Support Coordinator is to provide technical, administrative and customer service functions supporting the Solid Waste Operations mission and operations. - Purchase all required goods and services through purchase orders, p-card, requisitions, contracts, service agreements, and any/all other existing procurement methods. - Establish and maintain all purchasing files, spreadsheets, and databases. - Process all work orders and customer inquiries/complaints through receipt, delivery, loss, replacement, and repair of garbage and recycling collection carts. - Use software programs to open and close work orders, verify and update customer account status, and to provide requested services. - Process customer complaints pertaining to collection services, billing issues, and coordinate with the City Call Center, Utilities, and departmental Superintendent/Foreman to resolve. - Prepare spreadsheets, Power Point presentations, correspondence, agenda packages and special briefings for City Council, City Manager, and the Mayor. - Provide immediate and professional customer service to all customers; respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries. - Establish, maintain and store physical and electronic personnel files and records in accordance with City Records Management Program policies and procedures. - Provide administrative support for Departmental employment related activities such as recruitment, discipline, FMLA, Worker's Comp, leave and other similar programs. - May be asked to perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Requires a High School Diploma or GED - Minimum of two (2) years of related experience - A valid driver's license is required - Successful out of state candidates must be able to obtain a valid Texas driver's license within 90 days of hire Other Information: Benefits The City offers an excellent benefit package that includes: - Texas Municipal Retirement System - TMRS is a required retirement plan for all full-time employees.
