Job Description Summary:
The purpose of this position is to provide support to all departments and students and the general public for switchboard operations and postal services. This is accomplished by maintaining current postage permits, following postal regulations, training personnel on regulations, charging departments for services, receiving and distributing all written and emailed information and operating meter machines, coordinating all switchboard operations, assisting employees with information, placing calls and answering general questions.


Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent. One year related experience.
