Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Solutions Consultant in
North America.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct requirement analysis to understand customer needs and
propose appropriate solutions
Collaborate with technical teams to design and customize solutions
aligned with customer requirements
Provide pre-sales technical support, conduct product
demonstrations, and create documentation for proposed solutions
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work
experience
Experience in technical presales, solution design, and product
demonstrations
Knowledge of AI technology and the ability to align solutions with
client needs
Proven track record of influencing deals and creating presales
collateral
Ability to drive sales success and achieve scale in the pre-sales
function
