Lancesoft is seeking an experienced Medical Surgical Registered
Nurse for an exciting Travel Nursing job in Refugio, TX. Shift:
4x12 hr nights Start Date: 03/26/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Pay: $3014
/ Week Candidates must have experience and be comfortable working
ER and Med Surg. This is a critical access hospital so they will
rotate between both.36/48 - Night shift 7p-7a. Schedule will be 4
on, 4 off, and with this style of scheduling, some weeks will have
48 hours and some weeks will have 36 hours depending on how the
