Job Description:

Coverage Hours: 120 hours
Shift Types: Hospitalist (Day) and Nocturnist (Night)

Clinical Volume

Average Patient Volume per Provider:
- Approximately patients

Education & Training Requirements

Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in:
- Family Medicine (FM) or
- Internal Medicine (IM)

Clinical Experience Requirements

Providers must demonstrate recent, active clinical experience
Case logs from the past two (2) years are required for review
No new graduates

Practice Environment Highlights

Large, established hospitalist program
Strong NP/PA support across all shifts
Clearly defined shift coverage and team responsibilities
Adult inpatient population
Reputable, mission-driven health system

Ideal Candidate

Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in FM or IM
Comfortable managing a full inpatient census independently
Strong team communication skills
Recent inpatient hospitalist or nocturnist experience
