Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Pediatric LVN to join our team providing exceptional in-home care for pediatric patients requiring tracheostomy and ventilator support. In this role, you will monitor the health of your patients, administer medications and treatments, educate family members, and ensure all documentation is precise and up-to-date. Applicants should possess a valid LVN license and BLS certification, along with experience in pediatric trach and vent care. Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients with tracheostomies and ventilators in their homes. Monitor patient health conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician. Educate and support family members on patient care and maintenance. Ensure documentation and patient records are maintained accurately and timely.
