Manage daily operations of the respiratory therapy department. Ensure all health regulation standards are met consistently. Develop and implement policies to improve patient care and department efficiency. Hire, train, and evaluate staff performance. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive care. Lead departmental meetings and provide clinical guidance. Prepare and manage the departmental budget.
