Experience: • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience within the past 12 months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license (required after submission). • This role will require floating to multiple units • Local & travel allowed. • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. • 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: TRS Program - Refugio County Memorial Hospital and no current placement allowed at Program: TRS Program - Refugio County Memorial Hospital. Additional Details: Required Skills/Experience: Candidates must have experience and be comfortable working ER and Med Surg. Shift & Scheduling: 36/48 Schedule will be 4 on, 4 off, and with this style of scheduling, some weeks will have 48 hours and some weeks will have 36 hours depending on how the days fall.
