Administer medications and provide treatments according to physician’s orders Assist in the implementation of patient care plans and monitor outcomes Provide timely documentation of patient’s condition and care Communicate with healthcare team members, patients, and families to ensure cohesive care Attend to emergent patient needs and stabilize patients if any complications arise Maintain a safe and clean environment for all patients Proficiency in administering medication and complex clinical skills Strong organizational and communication skills Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Capability to work independently with minimal supervision Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Current LVN license valid in the state of employment BLS/CPR certification Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
