Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Refugio, TX Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,146 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/30/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Refugio, Texas, 78377! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Medical Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Active RN license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC required Must-Have: Experience in both Emergency Room and Medical Surgical settings Description: Candidates must be able to start ASAP. Looking for someone to start by 03/30. Candidates must have experience and be comfortable working in both Emergency Room and Medical Surgical. This is a critical access hospital, so there will be rotation between both departments. Night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM. Schedule will follow a 4 on, 4 off pattern. Some weeks will have 48 hours, and some weeks will have 36 hours depending on how the days fall. Emergency Room sees 5-10 patients on average.
