Job Description:
Aveanna Healthcare, a premier provider of home healthcare and
pediatric therapy, is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Licensed
Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team for night shifts. This
position will offer the unique opportunity to provide one-on-one
nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes, playing a key
role in their developmental and health-related outcomes. The ideal
candidate will have a passion for pediatric care and a commitment
to compassionate, quality nursing services. Provide one-on-one
skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their home settings
during night shifts. Monitor patient health status and response to
care, adjusting treatments as directed by healthcare providers.
Administer medications, conduct prescribed medical treatments, and
assist with patient mobility if necessary. Educate family members
on patient care and wellness strategies. Ensure accurate
documentation and reporting of patient conditions and care
provided. Strong pediatric nursing skills Capability to work
independently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with
patients and families Proficiency in time management to handle
night shifts efficiently Ability to adhere to health and safety
guidelines diligently Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance Current LVN license in the state of
employment CPR certified Valid driver’s license and reliable
transportation Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
preferred
