Aveanna Healthcare, a leading national provider of home healthcare and pediatric therapy services, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to provide nursing care for pediatric patients within their homes. This role requires attention to detail, empathy, and a robust knowledge of pediatric healthcare needs, ensuring that patients achieve their maximum health potential under professional nursing care. Provide one-on-one nursing care to pediatric patients in a home setting. Administer medications, conduct routine nursing care, and monitor patient health status. Educate patients and their families on health care plans, medications, and lifestyle adjustments. Coordinate with physicians and multi-disciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient care. Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Strong pediatric nursing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to assess patients’ health problems and needs. Competency in providing detailed and appropriate nursing care. Knowledge of administering oral medications and IV infusions. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of employment. CPR/BLS certification. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
