Job Summary and Qualifications Scheduler is responsible for providing support services for invasive/noninvasive cardiology services. What you will do in this position: - Determines priority on patient care and completes work within appropriate time frame. - Delegates work appropriately to job classification with clear concise directions. - Ensures accuracy and completeness of work performed. - Follows hospital policy and procedure in performing job functions, skills and tasks. - Willing to adjust personal schedule in cases of workload fluctuations or other departmental needs. - When assigned work is complete, it seeks additional tasks to be done. - Performs well in stress and emergency situations, demonstrating effective coping skills. - Follows through with assignments and informs supervisor if unable to complete task. What qualifications you will need: - Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date - Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date - (RN) Registered Nurse of Texas or compact licensure required - Bachelors Degree, or Associate Degree required - Cath Lab experience required - On Call and must reside within 30 mins from the facility required Corpus Christi Medical Center is a 630 bed healthcare system of hospitals in Corpus Christi and the surrounding Coastal Bend community.
