Nurse (ER/Med Surg) – Texas Start Date: February 16, 2026 Location:
Refugio, Texas Compensation: Details provided to qualified
applicants Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, rotating 4
days on/4 days off (36-48 hours per week) Highlights: Dual-unit
experience in Emergency Room and Medical Surgical departments at a
critical access facility ER patient volume averages 5-10 patients
per shift Med Surg nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4 Consistent
rotating schedule with extended time off between shifts Opportunity
to utilize diverse clinical skills across multiple specialties
Requirements: Active RN license Previous experience working in both
Emergency Room and Medical Surgical settings BLS, ACLS, PALS, and
TNCC certifications required Comfort and flexibility rotating
