Interventional Radiology Location: Corpus Christi, TX Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,236 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Interventional Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 - 19:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: ARRT Registered Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role: ARRT Registered Description: The unit specializes in neurointerventional procedures. Patient care and safety are the top priorities. Ideal candidates should be empathetic and ambitious. Typical procedures performed include fluoroscopy of the spine and head. Cerebral embolization is commonly conducted. Thrombectomy and AVM embolization are also performed. Carotid stenting is part of the procedure lineup. Candidates with neuro interventional cath lab experience are preferred. Equipment used includes Siemens Artis Icono 2.0 Biplane. EMR systems utilized are Meditech and MergeHemo. Patient ratios are 1 RN to 2 patients and 1 tech. The unit is expected to handle weekends and on-call duties.
