Job Description We are looking for a licensed LCSW in the state of Texas to provide telehealth services to patients dealing with chronic pain management. What you'll do Deliver remote psychotherapy for patients living with chronic pain and long-term medical conditions Use evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, and others to help patients manage physical and emotional health Conduct thorough virtual intakes, build care plans, and guide patients through individualized treatment Collaborate with a medical team and support patient use of digital tools for behavior change and symptom tracking Keep concise, compliant notes in EMR systems and coordinate care across disciplines Take part in program development, clinical discussions, and ongoing learning with peers Provide grounded, compassionate care that respects each patient’s lived experience with chronic illness What we're looking for Active LCSW license in TX (multi-state licensure is a bonus) Direct experience supporting patients with chronic pain or complex medical conditions Skilled in evidence-based care (e.g., CBT, ACT, DBT, MI, PRT, etc.) Comfortable owning the full therapeutic relationship independently, not just executing tasks Prior remote care experience or interest in telehealth and digital care delivery Tech-savvy with an openness to working with common existing tools like EMRs, and emerging tools like AI documentation platforms Team-first mindset, open to feedback, growth, and collaborative work in a dynamic care environment
