Mader MedX is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Refugio, Texas. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ED - Emergency Department Discipline: RN Start Date: 01/19/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Candidates must have experience and be comfortable working ER and Med Surg. This is a critical access hospital so they will rotate between both. 36/48 - Night shift 7p-7a. Schedule will be 4 on, 4 off, and with this style of scheduling, some weeks will have 48 hours and some weeks will have 36 hours depending on how the days fall. ER sees 5-10 patients on average and MS ratio is 1:4. BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC required Mader MedX Job ID 35352688.
