Job Description Position: Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine PhysicianLocation: Corpus Christi, TXWork Type: Full TimeSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMAbout the Opportunity:A well-established outpatient primary care practice in Corpus Christi is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine physician. This role offers a stable schedule, manageable patient volume, and strong clinical support to ensure high-quality patient care in an outpatient-only environment.Practice Highlights:•100% outpatient practice•Patient volume: approximately 18–22 patients per day•Supported clinical environment with access to modern resources and integrated careRequirements:•Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine•Eligible for or holding a Texas Medical LicenseCompensation & Benefits:•Competitive first-year salary guarantee•Malpractice coverage with tail•Retirement plan with employer match•CME allowance•Medical, dental, and vision benefits•Paid time away from practice•Quality bonus opportunities•Relocation assistance and sign-on bonus•Student loan repayment up to $125,000 (paid at $25,000 per year starting after year 1), if eligible•Retention bonus up to $50,000 for those not utilizing student loan repayment.
