Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: Refugio, TX Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,038 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/19/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum experience required License: Active RN License Certifications: BLS and ACLS required Must-Have: Experience in Emergency Room and Med Surg settings Comfortable working in a critical access setting Flexible with rotating between both ER and Med Surg Description: Candidates must have experience and be comfortable working in the Emergency Room and Med Surg. This is a critical access hospital environment. The emergency room sees an average of 5-10 patients. The Med Surg patient ratio is 1:4. Night shift is from 7 PM to 7 AM.
