Job Description Description Summary: Provides nursing care to
assigned patients under the supervision of a licensed professional.
A5 is a 27-bed medical-surgical telemetry unit. We primarily care
for medical-surgical patients with a diagnosis that consists of
medical issues such as diabetes, hypertension, and cardiac issues
such as congestive heart failure. Our team works well together and
loves our Mission of extending the healing ministry of Jesus Christ

Responsibilities: Provides primary care to a designated group of
patients under the direction of the Registered Nurse. Assists in
the collection of patient data used to determine nursing needs of
the patient. Works with other disciplines to ensure a Collaborative
approach to the care of the patient. Requirements: Education -
Graduate from an accredited school of vocational nursing.
Experience - Will accept a new graduate from an accredited school
of vocational nursing. Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications -
Current Texas State LVN license. - CPR - (American Heart
Association) Work Schedule: 7AM - 7PM Work Type: Full Time
