Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payment Accuracy Specialist 2
(Healthcare Datamining).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and evaluate audit concepts, train team members, and
conduct complex audit projects
Utilize healthcare experience to perform audit procedures and
analyze claims for compliance and recovery
Collaborate with engineering to enhance tools and reporting, while
ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred or 4-6
years of related healthcare experience
3-4 years of experience with the company recommended for internal
candidates
Healthcare industry experience, including knowledge of claim
adjustments and reimbursement policies, is strongly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and previous SQL experience
strongly preferred
Strong interest in working with large data sets and various
databases
