Job SummaryThe Registered Nurse (RN) plays a vital role in providing high-quality patient care at CHRISTUS Spohn Hospital Beeville. As a member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients. Your expertise will be essential in preparing equipment, assisting physicians during examinations and treatments, and administering prescribed medications. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of patient care, condition, reaction, and progress.Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to physicians
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
• Document patient care and progress in medical recordsRequirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Current Texas State RN License
  • CPR (American Heart Association) certification
  • ACLS certification within 6 months of hire/transfer date
