Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Perinatal team at Christus Health. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to expectant mothers and their families.Responsibilities

• Provide routine and complex care to patients in the labor and delivery, antepartum, and obstetrical emergency departments.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care, utilizing evidence-based practice and critical thinking skills.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements and best practices in perinatal care.Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in perinatal nursing, preferably in a labor and delivery setting.
  • Perinatal RN Residency or recent experience in a perinatal setting is preferred.
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred.
  • Current RN license in the state of employment or compact.
  • BLS certification required.
