$74,000-$84,000

Responsibilities: Analyzes comprehensive information from formal and informal assessment that is pertinent to the patient's care and management to determine a rehabilitation treatment diagnosis. Performs diagnostic exam to evaluate/assess patient needs of the Upper extremitiesCreates treatment plans in accordance with instructions and consent of referring physicianEvaluates patient treatment programs in coordination with the medical staffPerforms written re-evaluations in preparation for patients return for follow-up Physician appointmentsProvides services that help improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities of patientsFabricates custom-made orthotics, and communicates with physician to ensure the patient receives the correct orthotics Qualifications: Licensed in Texas as Occupational Therapist Certified Hand Therapist CHT or anticipate sitting for exam within 2 yrs #CH500 EOE#SheaPT
