Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to fill the role of RN Lead - Clinical Operations at Christus Health. As a key member of our patient care team, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care services.Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the delivery of patient care services in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and safety
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care transitions
• Monitor and evaluate patient care services to identify areas for improvementRequirements
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing
  • 2 years of clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting
  • BLS certification
