Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Quality Specialist to join our team at Christus Health. This role will be responsible for leading quality initiatives to drive improvements in medical practices in an assigned region.Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person environment of care rounding to medical practice sites to assess clinical quality and regulatory compliance.
• Identify practice gaps that may limit our achievement of quality and safety goals and develop action plans in conjunction with quality and operational leadership.
• Manage and measure performance improvements.
• Manage process improvement projects as delegated.
• Travel of up to 50% required (day travel primarily, rare overnight travel).Requirements
  • Graduated from an accredited LVN/LPN nursing school.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of nursing experience.
  • Previous medical practice experience in a quality or lead clinical role.
  • Experience as clinical educator and process improvement experience a plus.
  • Basic proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Ability to conduct online research autonomously.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to take direction and work autonomously to deliver results.
