Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Lead in a patient care unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities, providing direction to clinical staff, and implementing work plans. This is a leadership role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care delivery during assigned shifts, ensuring proper staffing and smooth operations of the patient care unit.
• Coach and counsel individual team members, monitor and provide feedback on performance, and address training needs.
• Document daily staffing, operational, and administrative records, maintaining compliance with governmental policies and procedures.
• Provide direction and support to nursing staff, demonstrating and promoting respect for the dignity and rights of every patient.
• Allocate team resources responsibly, delegate appropriate levels of responsibility and authority, and provide oversight and guidance.Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred.
  • 2 years of clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting.
