Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Medical Review.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily activities of Utilization Review/Review Nurses, Case
Management, and Medical Review staff
Perform quality control functions and develop work plans to improve
quality performance
Develop and maintain procedures for audits and communicate
department standards to staff
Required Qualifications
Associate Degree in Nursing or graduate of an accredited school of
nursing
Five years of clinical or utilization review/medical review
experience (three years must be clinical)
One year of team lead/leadership experience or equivalent military
experience in grade E4 or above
Active, unrestricted RN licensure from the United States or compact
multistate unrestricted RN license
