Job SummaryThe Registered Nurse (RN) plays a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care at CHRISTUS Spohn Hospital Corpus Christi-South. As a skilled nursing professional, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and individualized care to patients, collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective care plans, and promoting a safe and supportive environment for patients and families.Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide wound care as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs, report changes to physicians, and implement interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
• Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness.Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current Texas State RN License.
  • One year of experience in nursing preferred.
  • CPR certification (American Heart Association).
