• 1.0FTE opportunity 36 patient facing hours/week
• Patient population is all ages but majority of time will be spent seeing 18+
• Team consists of 3 physicians and one FNP
• No call required
• EHR - Elation
• Beautiful, modern office spaceQualifications:
  • Master of Science degree in Nursing from an accredited program
  • ANCC or AANP Certification
  • Provider must meet employer credentialing standardsSalary & Benefits:
