  What you will do in this role:
  * You will perform, coordinate and supervise daily operations of the Quality Management/Patient Safety Program(s) and be accountable for supporting the Facility Vice President of Quality in providing an integrated framework for monitoring and evaluating quality of care.
  * You will develop and implement action plans that address quality issues.
  * You will promote a culture that is positive, that values individual strengths, takes risks, and is committed to optimal patient care, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  * You will perform regular analysis of facility quality and risk performance data, and plan steps based on data analysis for ongoing improvement.
  * You will facilitate the growth of hospital knowledge regarding quality and high reliability, including the dissemination and implementation of best practices across the facility.
  What qualification you will need:
  * Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing is required.
  * Bachelors Degree in Nursing required.
  * Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License (Employees with RN Compact License are required to obtain Texas RN License within 90 days of hire date)
  * 3 years of progressive experience in healthcare required,
  * 3 years of experience with quality management and/or previous management experience preferred.
  * Strong critical thinking skills and experience with Excel software required.
  * Experience with analyzing patient data preferred.
