• Outpatient practice with a great team environment
• Excellent annual earning potential of $300k+ per year
• $100k sign-on bonus plus relocation assistance
• Monday through Friday work schedule from 8 am - 5 pm and triaged call
• SSG with medical director, NP, MA, care and referral coordinators, and pharmacist
• Lab and X-ray on site
• See an average of 10 - 12 patients per day
