REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Min 2 yrs Scrub, Cath & IR exp. Min 2 yrs high
acute care hospital exp in CV care.
REQUIRED CREDENTIALS TX or compact RN license at time of submission
BLS (AHA only) ACLS (AHA only).
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS (Must be combined into 1 PDF file) Filled
out coversheet (blank coversheet attached) Resume/work history 2
recent reference and/or evaluation Skills checklist Nursys report
within last 30 days.
Requirements
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS),
Driver's License, Registered Nurse License, Skills Assessment:
Cardiac Cath Lab RN, Texas State RN License, Tuberculosis
