Corpus Christi Medical Center, Corpus Christi, TX Radiology Technologist Lead - Radiology Diag BAMC Corpus Christi Medical Center is a 631- bed Health Care System including Bay Area, Doctors Regional, The Heart Hospital, Northwest Regional, Bayview Behavioral Hospital, Northshore Emergency Center, Northwest Behavioral Health Center and Radiation Oncology at Corpus Christi Cancer Center. What you will do in this role:\tPerforms Radiologic Procedures at a technical level which does not require supervision, and assumes the responsibility for designated areas or procedures as required\tMaintains an efficient, safe and pleasant work environment. \tAssist the imaging Supervisors, affiliated physicians and Radiologist in providing quality, efficient care for patients\tDevelop and supervise a quality improvement program\tMonitor imaging aspects of care in the medical imaging facility\tDemonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide age appropriate care to all ages of patients including pediatric, adult and geriatric patients What qualification you will need: --- Graduate of an accredited program for Radiographers. --- ARRT Certification --- Current Texas state licensure or permit to practice medical imagining --- American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification --- One year of hospital experience is preferred.
